Claim-boundary notes are now recommended before sharing a search workspace
2026-07-18
← Back to NewsSearch workspaces already preserve documents and comparison decisions. Starting with this release note, we recommend attaching a claim-boundary note before sharing a workspace with counsel or a co-inventor. The note should state which features were treated as distinctive, which prior-art passages were reviewed, and which questions remain open. It must not present an automated novelty verdict. The goal is a cleaner handoff: the same evidence, the same assumptions, and an explicit limit on what the tool did not decide.
